We ship nationwide, using reliable and carefully selected couriers to ensure fast and safe delivery of electrical and photovoltaic materials.

 

Processing times

 

  • Orders are generally processed within 48 business hours of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability.

 

Shipping costs

 

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of the goods.

  • For large or palletized orders (e.g., photovoltaic panels, electrical panels, inverters), the cost may be communicated separately.

 

Delivery

 

  • Delivery takes place at street level.

  • Upon receipt, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging and the goods. Any damage or anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier and indicated on the delivery document.

Returns and Withdrawal Rights

Private customers


Pursuant to current legislation, private customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

 

Return conditions

 

  • Products must be intact, uninstalled, unused, and returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories.

  • Returns must be previously authorized by our customer service.

 

Products excluded from return

 

  • Custom or personalized material.

  • Installed or damaged products.

  • Professional supplies with VAT number, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Return procedure

 

  1. Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Please wait for authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the product to the indicated address.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective products or shipping errors attributable to us.

 

Defective or Incorrect Products

 

In case of defective, damaged or different product than ordered:

  • contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery;

  • We will replace or refund the item according to the agreed terms.

 

Reimbursement

 

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods, using the same payment method chosen during the purchase.
